Hello ,

How can I plot Vt (threshold voltage) Vs. sweep parameter in spectre simulations?

Regards,
Jitendra.

do dc analysis, then Tools->Results Browser, open dc-dc and find M0/vth (assuming your transistor instance is M0)

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.Inside the dc-dc , I can see MN0 transistors has 5 listed parameters: MN0.di , gi , r1 , r2 , r3 and si. Vt is not listed there.What should I do?
Regards,
Jitendra.
