Another easy way to learn is to analyse the examples given in cst. Open an example and it explains you what results they are simulating and by checking the setting you can understand the working of CST.
The only way I did it was tedious and slow. You can simulate and use the farfield simulations at different frequencies. Then there are some built-in macros to make plots from parameters at different frequencies.
