How to plot a radiation pattern with continuous line in HFSS

HFSS radiation pattern

How to plot a radiation pattern with continuous line instead of seperate point? I tried alot of ways and failed though. See attached picture.
 

Continuous line

In the sweeps tab under the name label you need to change the first value from phi to theta.This can be done by simply clicking on it and choosing theta.The first value is always plotted with a continuous line.
