how to place PAD with easy in Virtuoso?

I have already pad layout design

But My IC have 208 pads

I'm so afraid I have to place each PAD at proper placement

How to place PAD with easy in Virtuoso? I have to use OCEAN?

how can I do use OCEAN?

as far as I know OCEAN is for simulations. I would use Skill.

But 208 is not that much. Perhaps you could use array.
or 208/4 = 52 => place first pad and then copy 51x times with orthogonal and you are done.

I will use skill or you can also please one and copy as array

Added after 58 seconds:

or when instantiation it self enter number of rows and row spacing.
it will help you alot if say tomorrow you have to change the spacing you can do it with one click

If its all the similar pads, you can use the multiple copy option in the VLE.
