How to ping a IP address using VB6.0

vb6.0 ping

I want a ping a IP using VB6.0.
There is text box (txtip_add) and command button (cmdping). I need ping that ip address (txtip_add.text) when I click on cmdping. How can do this

and also IP addres(site) must open in a internet explorer window.
