how to output HFSS results to user-specified format

Hi:

How do I output EM field calculated by HFSS to the follinw format:

xcoord, ycoord, zcoord, ExReal, ExImg, EyReal, EyImg, EzReal, EzImg, Index

, where Index denotes the type of material defined by user, say, 1 for

material 1, and so on.
