how to normalize a fingerprint

What planet do you people come from? I'd imagine the answer, if I even remotely knew what it was, is quite complicated. Why do you expect someone on here to know just know these things or even give you the information if they had it? And why in the world would you post this in a category labeled PLD, CPLD, FPGA..etc? Do you have some sort of cranial damage?
