[SOLVED] how to move or shake the board using allegro 16.3?

hi friends,
i saw many of them wants to lock component,board etc.but i want to know how to unlock the board,component etc
note:i tried by clicking unlock or unfix icon.

but i couldn't move ,can one help me?
 

Hi dani,
choose unfix icon and then go option menu select component and choose which component do want to unfix.and then select component and move it

i have started to design a board after applying ground plane,then i found one thing, that i could not able to move a component.i think this was my actual problem,at this stage tell me how to move the component?

am able to move the component by selecting the move icon,but am not able to move the tracks (after applying ground plane)
