Basically, I was wondering if dremel's or nibblers are the best way, or is there anything else? Also, cutouts for DB-9's could be useful...

The dremal 409 and 420s work also. In plastic or metal these work well.

They fit in a less-than-perfect hole and look pretty professional. Very inexpensive as well. **broken link removed** Nick
