lcd 57 enclosure

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to modify enclosures to fit 20x2 LCD. Basically, I was wondering if dremel's or nibblers are the best way, or is there anything else? Also, cutouts for DB-9's could be useful...

Re: Enclosure for LCD

I use Dremal 426 reinforced cutoff wheels to make the cut-outs for the Lcds. The dremal 409 and 420s work also. In plastic or metal these work well.

Re: Enclosure for LCD

I like these LCD bezels from PRD Plastics. They
fit in a less-than-perfect hole and look pretty
professional. Very inexpensive as well.
