matlab vco function block

How can I model the large signal model of a VCO using either Matlab or ADS?

What I know about it that it gives sinusoidal output voltage signal of frequency depenant on the input voltage as well as the conversion gain (Kv)...

I can express this as:

Vout=Sin wave signal with frequency: (2*pi*int(fc+Kv*Vin,0,t))
where int(F(x),x1,x2) means integration of the function F(x) from x1 to x2, and Kv is the VCO conversion gain, fc is the free running frequency..

and 't' .... I don't know what value should it take to have right expression

sorry, i couldn't answer your question about 't'
however, in MATLAB the easiest way is to use simulink to build VCO
you only need constant block, trigonometric function block and integration block

there is a ready to use vco block in simulink i think this block is only found in the new versions of matlab
