I want measure frequency of VCO upto 2.1Ghz,What is the method that can measure this range ?Thanks!
Help me !
 

i think you should provide a frequency downconversion using generator and mixer, then sample and FFT. If the ADC with the full analog band up to 2 GHz cannot be implemented.
