How to measure the water pressure in a pipe?

Hi
I want to measure the pressure of water that moves in the pipe.this pipe is made of plastic.and have a pressure at this range(3 bar to 4 bar)
how can I measure the pressure with out any deformation of the pipe.which sensors is the best?
how does the sensor place inside the pipe to measure the pressure?

you can use the straingauge, then you will need interface with ADC, then the MCU.
