How to measure the frequency response of an amplifier?

Chip Test

Dont know if this is suppose to be in this forum.

Would like to ask those how have actually fabricated an IC chip. Would like to know how did you measure the freqency response (magnitude and phase response) of an amplifier? thanks in advance.

What is your OPAMP's bandwith? I also want to find a testing house to test my OPAMP.
