how to measure TCf in pratice?

I know the definition of TCf, which defined as TCf=(dX/dT)/X. But I don't know how to calculate a TCf from an output curve.
For example, should the TCf in undercurve be ((Va-Vb)/(Ta-Tb))/Va?

If you are only interested in the temperaure range from a~b, your defenition is correct.
