How to setup in laboratory to test PSRR of a voltage regulator / bandgap circuit
 

Just put a 1V AC source in series with the device's power supply and measure the AC voltage at its output. The ratio is the PSRR. You'd perhaps like to measure the PSRR over the AC frequency.
