Hi All,

can anyone tell me ...how to measure permittivity of 2cm long metal sheet with 5mm width...

sheet width can be 2mm,3mm,4mm

Hello there:

I think you are wrong: permittivity is a feature of dielectrics,NOT conductors.
Metals as conductors have conductivity or resistivity, ferroelectric metals also permeability.
My advice is - go to the basics high school physics. You miss the basics.

All materials have conductivity, permittivity and permeability. Its a matter of which parameter is more dominant and meaningfull.
