How to measure insertion loss from differential signal s-parameter plot?

I'm using 1pair differential signal s-parameter transmission line and the purple graph is a plot of s-parameter(S21).
-How can I measure insertion loss from this plot?
and I want to compare with my actual power measurement if it matches but I have no idea how to measure the input/output power in differential line.
-How can I measure power in differential signal ??(I'm using Cadence for designing the circuit.)
