measure input referred noise fft

Hi, dear everyone

I have an amplifier and try to measure its input referred noise. The setup should be: ground the input pair, power the circuit and measure the output using spectrum analyzer. Here are the questions:
1. How does the spectrum analyzer deal with the random signal PSD measurement?
2.What is the relationship between the measured PSD and the frequency resolution of FFT if the spectrum analyzer use FFT instead of power meter?
3.What is the relationship between: Vpk^2/Hz, Vrms^2/Hz for random signals like noise?

thx
