how to make the output of PC as the input of a phone ?

Guys, anybody knows how to do it ?
If I need to make a cable by myself, what kind cable should I use ?
 

Input , what ??? (Data , sound )
What is your phone ( Manufacturer , exact type and model )

Wireless or Hard Wired?

Wireless - GSM/GPRS module or Bluetooth if your phone supports it

Hard Wired - Serial Interface
