How to make the design of PCB

If i have some electronics tools such as capastor, ic, risistance etc to make a circuit of any my wish. how can i design the PCB design for these???????

The first and most important thing you should have in your mind What you want to design ? Just google you can find many ideas

sketch your circuit asi should be on paper
google the internet for 'express pcb'
download and install on your computer and open the schematic siide for drawing
