Hello,
To had net on pcb, just go in DESIGN -> NETLIST -> EDITS NETS.
In this menu you can had or remove net.

Re: Pro*el D*P help??

After you hand route the components, go to the menu item "Design>Netlist>Create Netlist from Connected Copper".

If you are trying to get traces or free pads/vias to pick up the netnames from component pins, use "Design>Netlist>Update Free Primitives From Component Pads".
