how to make EDA base Live_CD

I think every know knoppix is debian base live CD ..
how about redaht base live CD , and this live CD already
have hspice , ecs , laker , modelsim ..
and remove don't need openoffice /KDE program ..

but I don't know how to make live CD by redhat OS ..

if someone can make live CD .. we can use live CD on anywhere
even you use windows OS base platform ..

but I am confuse on knoppix , knoppix need virtual memory for HD space.. in EDA linux should need much more memory ..
