How to make a 100MB ethernet with IP2022 and LAN91C111?

fast ethernet help

Hi all

I have to make 100MB ethernet with IP2022 and LAN91C111. I was told there is example of how to do it. It was written by Memec. Could anybody help me to find this app note. Or maybe you have any experience in such applications

Thank you for your response. Unfortunatelly I know IP2022. And it works fine with 10MB ethernet, and there is lot of app notes. My goal is to use it with 100MB ethernet. And I need hardware like LAN91C111. My question is if sb. have any app note. I found peoples who said there was proper app note. And I am looking for it.
