You have to update the "devices.ini" with an entry for this library. Copy from "SCL05U" to see how its done.
Also, it is better to have an X.vhd module generation file also. It looks like scl05u.vhd also. This should contain how stuff like adders and subtractors are inferred,. For better results, it is highly recommended to specify technology-dependent versions for these.
