monopole antenna hfss

Hello all, My name is Jeff, I am a new user for using HFSS and is there anyway to learn HFSS in easy way or any tutorial from internet can be easy asscess? Please help me in hurry! Thanks a lot.

These are meant for version 9 .but still these will be helpfull for beginners like us.
