My NiosII IDE help menu only shows "version:1.0.0, Build:316". How to know whether it is a full edition? :?:

NIOSII IDE is based on freely available Eclipse project at www.eclipse.org.

There is no limitation in IDE since it uses underlying GNU tools for compiling/linking...

Then how to know whether the programming files and flash programming files generated are time_limited?

Start Quartus and select "Tools->License setup.." menu to see what license is installed.
