How to install NSCU-CDK-1.6.0-beta on IC6.16 using Ubuntu 13.04??

I have tried many ways, but I can not install nscu-cdk-1.6.0-beta on IC616 using Ubuntu 13.04. Please help me install it, or send me a tutorial on the website! Thanks
