how to install mmsim, how to setup vpcm and its license

vpcm mmsim

please tell me how to install mmsim. I can not use vpcm. can you tell me how to setup it. Maybe I need mmsim license? do you have it?
 

mmsim install

We install mmsim in another dir after ic package was installed.For vpcm,env variable "CDS_VPCM_HOME" should set as your vpcm install dir;variable "CDS_VPCM_DATA" should set as your result dir in your cshrc file.
You can modify your .cdsinit file for vpcm menu is appear in your icfb .
