How to install Hspice2004 in Redhat9.0?

I use IC5141 in Redhat9.0,now I want to install Hspice2004.03 in RedHat9.0 and link to Ic5141, Who can tell me step by step how to install and config Hspice2004.03 in Redhat9.0,thanks
 

vi your .cshcr file,

setenv CDS_ROOT /your install path
setenv CDS_INST_DIR /your install path
setenv CDS_INSTALL_DIR /your install path/tools.lnx86/dfII
setenv LM_LICENSE_FILE /your install path/cadence_license_full.dat
setenv CDS_Netlisting_Mode Analog
