how to install both ic50 and ldv and soc_encounter?

when I finishing install ic50, I config the lmgrd and when I finishing soc_encounter ,I can't start lmgrd,the system tell me that I have already a lmgrd vender in running.what shall I do? thank you. :cry:
 

Only one lmgrd is required. Combine two license into one. This will take care your problem
 

can it install into same folder?
