How to increase CMRR of a telescopic opamp?

I want to know how to increase CMRR of a telescopic opamp .

pay attention to the tail current source!
Its rds is the most important!

make your input differential pair with big w/l, pay attention to the match of the current mirror, and you also need to reduce the system offset.

CMRR can be increased by maintaining the higher differential gain than c ommon mode gain.
for that mismatech between mosfets should be avoided
