how to increase amplitude output of inverter ups?

I build 1 inverter use 2 MOSFETs ,input 48V ,but output AC only 15VAC,how to increase output ?.I increase PWM but appear DC in output??? Please help me,thank very much!

You should post the schematic of your inverter, and the design of the output transformer otherwise it is very difficult to help you.
