how to improve the THD and IM3

I am designing a fast MDAC amplifier with a gainboosting folded cascode amplifier theme. The request is to achieve THD>88dB up to 150M input. Now the loop gain of my opamp reaches almost 90dB but the THD and IM3 is still very bad. So I am wondering how I can improve these. Thanks.
