How to improve the testing accuracy of VA-VB

Hi, all.
Since the tested VA is VA+-e1, VB is VB+-e2,
Assume e1=e2, the voltage i wanted VA-VB = VA-VB +- 2*e.
If VA-VB is small, the testing error is unacceptable.

Is there some method, can improve the testing accuracy of
the difference of two voltage?

Thanks for any advice.
