How to import all the rules in Altium at once

I have exported rules of clearance ,routing and many others rules in altium. So that i can import it for my other project.But i have to import all the rule one by one.

Is it some specific way, so that i can import all the rules at once in any of my project?

By clicking CTRL+A will select all rules.
