How to implement x1.5 mode booster

booster

We need a booster working at x1.5 mode and x2 mode.
x2 mode is voltage doubler.
how to implement x1.5 mode ?

What booster do u need. RF booster, Power audio, voltage multiplier (at what power levels) or .......... what?

Added after 24 minutes:

I need power booster,

Added after 8 minutes:

one is input 3V , output 6V;
another is input 2V, output 12V;
In the manual of the power supply charge pump,
there are "boost ratio (x1.0, x1.33, x1.5, and x2.0)" features.

My qusestion is
how to control boost ratio in switch capacitor charge pump.
