need info on how to implement the MDIO. Thanks
 

mdio interface

Since MDIO is open-drain structure, so maybe you should use a tri-state i/o with a pullup resistor to simulate it. Either MCU or CPLD/FPGA is acceptable, I had tried both, all OK.
