long channel mosfet

i saw a long channel mosfet in a paper with a W/L ratio of 2u/300um, but my current 0.18um library does not allow such long channel, is there any method to do the weird mosfet sizing in 0.18um process?

long channel

Can you tell me, what is that application?? and which tool you are using for your design???

how to implement long channel mosfet

I think you can use 30 2u/10u in serial to do that.
Such a transistor, do you want to use it for a high value resistor?
I wanna to know what is that application?

Best regards!

I have made a few chips with such a long channels, too. The application? MOSFET may be used as a tunable distributed RC line... In one element there are at least two: R, the channel resistance and C, the gate oxide capacitance. Just one transistor may work as a simple LP filter.
