How to identify whether the LED is defective or not?

Doubts

How do we identify whether the LED is defective or not.The thing here is the vtg supply the resistor,the LED,and ground path is all fine.Still the LED does not work.How do we check this.

if U sure that all your device is ok ust check the wire or current ways
