How to get Phase angle of a triac from Vrms across load ?

I have a 100W load and my mains AC is 230V AC 50 Hz 1 Phase. I have a readings of different true RMS voltage readings from my Fluke true RMS multimeter. I want to convert these into either conduction angles or firing angles. How to do that ?

This is for a PIC based Triac Phase angle control project.

Problem solved. I found the firing angles from true RMS voltage readings.
