How to get a 10ua current source?

I'm happy if anybody can help me.
I designde a circuit ,when i get the chip ,I find my bias have problem.
So I need a 10ua current source to setup the circut.
How can i get the cuurent,use res,cap........

just calculate the resistance necessary to generate 10uA and insert it between the point and ground.

do you need to sink or source the current? In the first case connect an appropriate variable resistor to your positive supply and through a current meter into your pin. Adjust the variable resistor until you get 10uA.
In the second case, connect the variable resistor to your negative supply and do as above.

Thanks for your help.
But the circuit requires the output voltage of current source can't excess 100mv.
I don't know how to realize it .
