how to generate netlist for winspice?

Hi Guys
I downloaded the winspice netlist file from Jacob's website, I am curious what kind of software he used to generate? If anyone know, could you please tell me the software and how to use it? It will be greatly appreciated.

There are chances of using a lot of schematic editors. I use a software called "5spice"
and "EAGLE". These s/w help you to generate the netlist from the schematic that you have drawn.

P.S. There are many more. I just found these two at my first search. And they are working fine for me. Both are trial versions.
