I need to generate two initial signals for a circuit. One is low to high ( then stays at high), the other is high to low (then stays at low). And there is 1us delay between the two switches. It is hard to use delay lines to generate such big delay on chip. Thanks.

Sounds like a power on circuit. In which case a couple of simple CR delays with Schmitt triggers is one option, maybe.
