how to flash C55 siemens

flash c55

i have C55 , when i power ON it display "Wrong Software" so how to solve this problem ?
 

sir as i know most of this problem it is hardware repaire before using software rehot cpu then flash it with freia_v18.exe (flash & eeprom) then do unlock

that's all
