How to fix virtuoso error?

How to fix virtuoso: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32

I get this meassage not sure how to fix it: using ubuntu and IC6.18

Please help!

Install 64bit version of libssl
that done makes it load and work but not for multiple runs such as montecarlo.

I get this at the terminal:

/home/cadence/IC6.18/tools.lnx86/dfII/../../share/bin/cdsXvfb-run: 141: [[: not found
//home/cadence/IC6.18/tools.lnx86/dfII/../../share/bin/cdsXvfb-run: 171: [[: not found
/home/cadence/IC6.18/tools.lnx86/dfII/../../share/bin/cdsXvfb-run: 176: printf: %q: invalid directive
