I'm using 4047 Monostable/Astable Multivibrator
but I can't simulate it.
They wrote to me: "No model specified for U3"
Does anyone know how to fix this error ???

you are using a device without a simulation model.

When you open the pick device dialog you can check the shown only parts with models so that only devices with models are shown .
Unfortunately there is no simulation model for this device in proteus
