I am making a Resistive Load inverter using nmos and during simulation the output is varying with the value of load resistor. I want to know how to decide the value of load resistor?

Voltage drop depends on source voltage, dynamic resistance of FET from bias and load R. YOu define what transfer function you want first.

I have uploaded my schematic. can you explain in more detail?
Thanx in advance.
