How to find the spoolsv.exe and get rid of it?

my pc was infected with virus. anti virus could not able to find that . in the system processes we can able to see it. it is spoolsv.exe can anyone tell me how to find where it is and how to delete that.

try find it in the task manager specifically in the processes and try to end it..
i just try it once.. i dont know if it will work with that kind of virus...
