How to find lambda values for models in particular technology?

How to find lamda value for particular technology for models or r there any alternative ?

you cant determine exact lambda value, because its a function of L and other device parameters.but to determine an avg value plot V-I curves, and find the slope

Be clear, here lambda wat you are asking is either lambda technology or channel length modulation factor

if lambda technology factor then it is approximately equal to 0.5 times the minimum channel length.

channel length modulation factor lambda is an error value, known to a designer by seeing the output file
lambda technology value is used by a layout engineer (1/2 of min length) used to scale the layout drawings
